This website is operated by RARE STATE LTD (“Rare State”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17423058. What this site is — and isn’t
This is an enquiry-led website. It introduces the categories we buy and sell and connects you to us by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or telephone. There is no checkout, no account system and no auction facility, and no contract is formed by browsing or contacting us through this site. Any purchase or sale is agreed individually in conversation and confirmed in writing before payment or goods change hands.
Category pages show original illustrations of the kinds of items we handle. They are not photographs of our stock, do not represent items as being available, and are not offers for sale. Availability is always confirmed in conversation.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this site accurate, but general information here — including descriptions of collecting categories — isn’t professional, legal or valuation advice. Details of any actual item are always confirmed individually in writing before a sale.
Intellectual property and brand names
The text, design, illustrations and images on this site are original to Rare State or used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.
Names such as Pokémon and PSA, and the names of sports leagues and grading companies, belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively to explain the kinds of items we handle. Rare State is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to The Pokémon Company, PSA, any grading company or any sports league, and we are not a grading or authentication service.

We link to third-party services including WhatsApp, Telegram and Companies House. We’re not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Opening a messaging app from this site takes you to that third-party service — see our privacy notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to breach its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.
